Encarna Cardona climbed to the third drawer of the podium in the 'IX Botamarges'

The athlete Encarna Cardona, from the Baleària Diànium Athletics Club, finished in third position in the women's absolute classification of the "IX Botamarges", which took place in the municipality of Forna. A mountain test with a distance of 70 kilometers, with a positive slope of 3.700 meters.

Encarna Cardona was first of its category of Veterana with a time of 10: 49.16. In front of her were the winner Patri López with a record of 10: 07.34 and the second classified, Angela Pizarro with a mark of 10: 46.00.

Another of the athletes of the Baleària Diànium Athletics Club, Alberto Samper entered the finish line with a time of 11: 11.07.

Dianenses in the 'Gran Fons de Oliva'

The Dianens' club also had representation on the "Great Fons de Oliva", a race that had a length of 12.300 meters. The athlete Christina Mallett was fourth in the absolute classification and first in the veteran category. In men the best of the dianense club was Fran Montealegre that ended with a mark of 55.56, Pepe Ibáñez with a time of 1: 17.54, Joan Ribes that entered in goal with a time of 1: 19.48 and Vicente Llobell finished with this same mark.
