The Superior Court of Justice has dismissed the contentious administrative appeal filed by individuals in which the revaluation of certain farms was requested in the expropriation of land that was carried out in the term of Beniadlà to build the Hospital de Dénia.
In the 2011 year, the individuals requested the revaluation of the land, but the jury of expropriation rejected this request. Against this decision, in September 2014 filed this contentious administrative appeal, which the TSJ has now dismissed.
The owners of the land based their claim on the grounds that the floor of the Special Plan of Beniadlà was developable, although the ruling of the Supreme Court refers to another of the Supreme Court, of November 14 of 2014, which emphasizes that the classification of the land in effect of its assessment is that of 'non-developable'
