The Supreme cancels the expropriation of Hort de Morand and exempts the municipality from paying 13 million euros

The Supreme Court has given the reason finally to the city of Denia and annulled the sentence that required him to pay 13 million euros for the expropriation of Hort de Morand, a parallel to the Round the Walls sun under which the former is Dianium city.
