The PSPV accuses the Popular Party of voting against the credit to pay the agreement with the Local Board Fallera

It is pre-campaign time and the accusations between the parties in the City Council of Dénia have already begun. This week, the PP accused the government team of irregularities in the purchase of the ship of the municipal crane.

The story goes back to last Friday. In an extraordinary plenary session, the request for a loan amounting to 1'6 million euros was approved as the only item on the agenda to meet this purchase and two other payments. In addition to acquiring the ship for 960 euros, the City Council will finance the new running track (750.000 euros) and will be able to deal with the agreement with the Local Board Fallera for this year's festivities, which amounts to 111.000 euros.

Now, from the PSPV, the Popular Party is accused of voting against being able to pay the falleros. As reported in a statement, "The PP with the complaint about the generation of credit for the purchase of a ship for the municipal crane wants to cover that last Friday they voted not to generate credit to pay the agreement with the Local Board Fallera and to tender the renewal of the track of athletics of the sports center. As for the irregularities denounced by the popular, the PSPV wields that "When the final purchase file is initiated, all the reports that are appropriate for the purchase will be included.
