The price of housing in Dénia back down in March

The average price of housing, in the municipality of Dénia, has declined again after two months in which it had picked up. The real estate portal Hello Dénia in a new report indicates that at 31 in March prices fell to 1.868 euros per square meter, 0,43% less than in February and 0,16% less than the first quarter of 2015. The variation with respect to March of last year is -2,35%.

In the set of municipalities of the Navy this fall in prices was also produced, placing the square meter in 1.725 euros, 0,17% less than in February and 0,06% less than in December. The interannual variation is -1,03%.

The report notes that the total 82 price changes in properties of Dénia, belong to 59 23 downs and only to increases. For their part, banks have reduced the selling price in 11 occasions and have entered into 10. Hello Dénia also reports that a total of 100 homes have been deleted from your site, compared to February 57 and 89 January.

The data of the report have been extracted from computing the 1.726 active homes that the real estate portal has had for sale throughout March. All the homes whose sale offer price exceeded 1.500.000 euros have been excluded from the sample.
