The Ethnological Museum exhibits three works of Pintor Llorens

Portrait of Pablo Llorens RoomPainted in 1890; Portrait of Gertrude Paris SentíAlso the year 1890; Y Portrait of Gaspar Llorens Vives, who was mayor of Dénia in 1861-1862, dated in 1870, are the three oil paintings that the Morales family has donated to the Ethnological Museum funds.

The works can be seen until next June 18, and are oils on canvas showing realism painting Llorens, a disciple of Vicente López, painter to the court of King Fernando VII.

These three new acquisitions are in addition to the other five that the Museum already had, four acquired from the Riera Bosch family legacy and another donated by the family Sentí Montaner.

The presentation of the acquisitions was attended by the councilor for culture, Pepa Font, the director of the Ethnological Museum, Josep Antoni Gisbert, and Inmaculada Navarro Morales and her aunt Concha Morales, granddaughter and daughter, respectively, of the original owner of the works, Pablo Morales Llorens.
