Number 3 IES will open its doors in September

The school 300 currently studying at IES 3 number of Dénia premiering new facilities next September. The new building in the center is a reality that is complete and ready to start school.

This was confirmed yesterday by the authorities who visited the works of the new center. The mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, along with the councilor for education, Pepa Sivera, accompanied the councilor for Education, Culture and Sports, María José Catalá, to a visit to the new institute that will open its doors next month, coinciding with the start of the new course.

The architect of the public company of the Generalitat Valenciana Ciegsa, Pere Vicent Martí and the center's director, José Jensen, the authorities showed the new facility, explaining the features of the design, structure and distribution of spaces.

Although the center has a capacity for 828 students in September the 300 students currently studying in prefabricated classrooms will be added, and will be in the next year when, after rearranging the classroom, shall be assigned new students the center.

The mayor expressed satisfaction at the completion of the institute, a center that, according to the Regional Minister, is "one of the most modern and best equipped in the Valencian Community".
