The Dénia Hospital reactivates the "Estem amb tú" program, an emotional support for professionals, patients and their families
The Dénia Hospital has reactivated the "Estem amb tú" program with the aim of offering emotional support to healthcare professionals, admitted patients and family members who need it.
"Estem amb tú", led by the cuidArt project of the Hospital de Dénia, offers different types of emotional support, according to the needs of each patient. Attended by the psychotherapist, Alicia Costa, he focuses his attention on three services: the Mental Health Unit, psychocreative therapy and music therapy workshops, and the DKV Seguros #NingunaMayorSolo project.
“Estem amb tú”, which was launched last March during the confinement by COVID-19, is now being resumed, after the new accompanying measures, derived from the Health Contingency Plan in force in the Marina Alta. Remember that the accompaniment of admitted patients is only allowed in the case of Obstetric admission and of minors or dependents.
The Dénia Hospital also has telematic devices at the disposal of hospitalized patients so that they can communicate with their families and friends. Any patient who requires any of these services can request it through the Infirmary, on the hospitalization floor.
