The Retiree Home and the Experience Classrooms participate in the Paella Contest «Our Mayors» 2011

Around twelve o'clock in the morning dozens of retirees have crowded into Calle Marqués de Campo to try to make their paella be among the best. Laughter, dancing, music and a lot of love to prepare the condiments that have been part of the base of the paella. As is customary in these Major Festivities 2011, the act has been enlivened by the Xaranga Toca't an OU.

No detail has been missed by the contestants. Tables and boards made of stands improvised full of nuts, lupins and mistela to sweeten the contest face to all those who have come to browse among the woodpiles.

Tourists who have crowded the street did not hesitate to ask the cooks and chefs on the preparation of the typical Valencian recipe that makes our paellas are the best in the world. In this way, they have shared a lively and constructive noon with people who often struggle not to feel alone.
