The most cinematic weekend in Dénia
Dénia in summer is a cinema destination. And this weekend it has been especially so. Lovers of the Seventh Art have been able to enjoy their passion in the streets of Diane, learning more about the filming that had the municipality as a stage and enjoying the best soundtracks like never before.
During the afternoons of Friday and Saturday, several movie buffs were able to enjoy the “Camera and Action” Cinema Route. In this, attendees toured the streets of Dénia through the most emblematic places where scenes were filmed that were later projected on the big screen. In addition, they were able to participate in the recreation of several of these.
On Friday night, in addition, Dénia was the setting for the first time of Sonafilm, the soundtrack festival that for a few years, when COVID allows, has performed the most recognizable songs in the film industry in Ondara. This summer, for the first time, the successful festival visits Dénia with a completely different version, in which the group Moanin' Project was in charge of performing the different soundtracks on the Torrecremada stage before an audience delighted with the initiative.
