Europe Day welcomes a new association of Russian residents in Dénia

An audiovisual with the European anthem ended the official ceremony held on the occasion Dénia Europe Day, an event attended town hall at eleven associations of foreign residents currently in the city.

The councilor for international relations, Marcela Server, welcomed the attendees, especially the newly created Russia House, which joins the wide range of nationalities represented in Dénia: Adere, Friends of Dénia, Dutch Language Association, Costa Blanca Astronomical Society ; Dénia International Rotary Fellowship; German Euroclub; Help; Konzertfreunde: Seniorennetzwerk and the U3A.

Together with Marcela Server, Hans-Joachim Kuhl, from the German Euroclub, Hugh Martin, representative of the U3A, and the mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, read the institutional declaration of Europe Day 2013, declared the European Year of Citizens .
