The medical office of Les Marines has made 33% more attention than 2014

Professionals at Les Marines' summer beach clinic have performed a total of 3.600 attentions, an 33% more than in the same period last year. The consultation of the family doctor has recorded 2.600 attendances, while that of nursing has reached the thousand.

By pathologies the ones that have generated the greatest number of consultations have been associated with the summer season, such as stings, otitis or sunburn. Much of the activity has also focused on the control of patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes or hypertension.

The profile of the user is that of the displaced patient, or other community countries or coming from other Spanish autonomous communities, even from different health departments, within the Valencian Community itself.

The summer office of Les Marines is the eighth consecutive year that provides health care on the beach at km, 4 of the Carretera de Les Marines, in Dénia.
