The summer office of Les Marines receives the Department of Health and Conselleria

The Councilor for Health of the Municipality of Dénia, Cristina Morera, accompanied by the Assistant Director of the Department of Health of Dénia, Juan Cardona, the Commissioner of the Ministry of Health, Juan Puig, the Director of Care of the DSD, Alfredo Moreno, as well as the Director and Primary Care Coordinator of the DSD, Antonio Barceló and Natalia Casado respectively, visited this morning the Dénia summer clinic, located at km 4 of Les Marines Beach.

The healthcare point began the care of the past 22 in June and will be open to the public until September 7, seven days a week, between ten in the morning and six in the afternoon.

Last year the summer clinic of the beach of Les Marines lent more than 3.500 assists; most of them, more than 2.000, were made during the month of August.

The objective of these additional assistance points is to reinforce health care in those areas of the Marina Alta with greater assistance pressure during the central months of the summer.

In the summer clinic, which provides service for the eleventh consecutive summer, two teams work in shifts formed by doctor, nursing staff and support staff.
