Portal de la Marina It is working on the adaptation of its facilities to guarantee the well-being and safety of its clients with a view to their full opening in phase 2 of the de-escalation. The project redefines and extreme sanitary protocols that will be applied in the center, which will allow it to certify itself as a clean and safe environment against coronavirus.
Among the most important measures that are being executed are access control and gauging, surveillance of the maintenance of interpersonal security distances, and disinfection and sanitation of the different units; the provision of protection and hygiene means to employees and visitors at the entrance doors of the external pedestrian access, that of the pedestrian access from the green car park and in the car park elevator. In addition, the maintenance of the air conditioning and water supply facilities has been intensified, and in general, the redefinition of all processes and operations with the highest criteria of health and prevention of possible contagion. Similarly, there are defined communication and customer service protocols so that your visit is carried out within a framework of satisfactory security and trust.
The quality certificate issued by the SGS company, which will be a pioneer in the Retail in Spain, it aims to provide the maximum guarantees that the correct measures are being applied, always in accordance with the regulations that are approved in the successive phases of de-escalation.
