The Buddhist Center of Pedreguer resumes its formation on karma

23 2019 April - 10: 32

The International Center for Buddhist Studies of Pedreguer (CIDEB) resumes on Wednesday, 24 in April, its formation on karma.

"Karma 2.0" is the name of this formation on one of the fundamental teachings of the Buddha and a natural law according to Buddhism, whose understanding improves the quality of life.

This formation of Buddhist philosophy will be directed by Lama Rinchen Gyaltsen, Master Resident of CIDEB who currently directs 12 groups of Buddhist studies in Spain, 17 groups in Latin America and 2 groups in the USA.

The course begins the 24 day in April and ends on the 22 day in May, and consists of five face-to-face sessions, one each Wednesday, of theoretical-practical study in the CIDEB Monastery in Pedreguer, Alicante. It has been specially designed for the people of La Marina Alta, Alicante, Valencia and surroundings.

CIDEB offers this training within its spring program where you can find other seminars such as "The Samantabhadra Aspiration", the preferred prayer of the Tibetan teachers; as well as the second part of "Learning to die", a course aimed at health and education professionals -among others- to provide tools for accompaniment at the time of death.

The meditations and open public lectures on Saturdays, as well as yoga and meditation classes and retreats, also continue at CIDEB this spring.

The International Center of Buddhist Studies offers from 2006 teachings on Tibetan Buddhism taught by internationally renowned teachers and from 2014 year numerous free online courses recorded in the face-to-face courses.
