BLOC team urges the government to seek aid for the promotion of the Valencian

May 04 from 2012 - 00: 00

Crespo insists on the need to opt for this type of aid after the resignation of the standardization technician, which would be a good opportunity "to fill the gaps that the Dénia city council has right now without anyone to take care of the tasks of use and normalization of Valencian.

The municipal group has reasserted nationalist over a year ago a standardized use of Valencian in signage, signage and administrative writings, in breach of the rules governing the use of language.

Moved that the Church pays the contribution of its property

Josep Crespo has also announced that the group will present a motion to the next plenary session in which it will urge the Church to pay the Real Estate Tax (IBI) given the current economic situation. "In these times when we all have to come together, it is inconceivable to maintain specific situations of privilege with privileged institutions," said Crespo.

Crespo recalled that currently the state fails to enter between 2.000 3.000 million euros and not to demand payment of IBI to the Church.
