El concejal de BLOC – Compromís en el ayuntamiento de Dénia, Josep Crespo, ha invitado al equipo de gobierno local a presentarse a la convocatoria de ayudas que convoca la Generalitat Valenciana para la promoción del valenciano y que pueden alcanzar los 140.000 euros.

The municipal group has reasserted nationalist over a year ago a standardized use of Valencian in signage, signage and administrative writings, in breach of the rules governing the use of language.
Josep Crespo has also announced that the group will present a motion to the next plenary session in which it will urge the Church to pay the Real Estate Tax (IBI) given the current economic situation. "In these times when we all have to come together, it is inconceivable to maintain specific situations of privilege with privileged institutions," said Crespo.
Crespo recalled that currently the state fails to enter between 2.000 3.000 million euros and not to demand payment of IBI to the Church.
