The municipality of Dénia congratulates Aina Catala Fornes

The Dénia city council held an official reception for the young athlete from Diane, Aina Fornés Catalá, to congratulate her on obtaining the award as Best Spanish Athlete of School Age.

A prize will award the Sports Council next September. Much of the corporation Dianense appointment took place in the Plenary Hall to deliver a gift as a souvenir for Dianense athlete. At the same time he was also handed over a check valued at 200 euros to redeem sports equipment in Intersport Les Tendes Reig.

The councilor for sports, Juan Carlos Signes commented, "the city is proud to have an athlete like Aina, who is a worthy example for the rest of the athletes."

For his part, Aina thanked the congratulations "I thank all your support, especially my parents, coaches and of course my training partners. Everyone makes the effort much more bearable for me."

The event was also attended by the president of the CA Balèaria Diànium, Manolo Más, who was accompanied by members of his board of directors. His coach, Maribel Mira, and some clubmates.
