The City of Dénia calls the Cabinet of the General Plan to study the modifications of the document

The Councilor for Urban Territory and Quality, María José Ripoll, has convened this morning the General Plan Cabinet, formed by all political groups with representation in the City of Dénia, to study next Thursday the proposal document for modifications to the General Plan that the City Council is preparing in coordination with the General Directorate of Territory of the Department of Housing of the Generalitat Valenciana.

 
The document to be studied by the Plan Cabinet is the result of sectoral reports that have been sent to the City of Dénia by the different public bodies to which they have been requested, the modifications that the Planning Office has drafted based on the allegations that were made. presented in the exhibition to the public in the fall-winter of 2017, as well as other small bug fixes of the initial document that the writing team has included.
 
The Councilor for Territory explained that the process of public participation has not yet been completed and now there is a new proposal for modifications that must be discussed in the Cabinet of the Plan before raising it to the plenary session of the Dénia City Council. Once the document has been discussed in the Cabinet of the Plan, the plenary session of the City Council of Dénia will approve the information to the public "only of the modifications that are intended to apply to the General Plan", underlined Ripoll.
