The council extends the voting period for participatory budgets by one week

In response to the requests of many neighbors, the Department of Citizen Participation has decided to extend the voting period of the proposals for participatory budgets by one more week.
 
The initial term ended the December 29, but many people could not vote when the voting period coincided with the Christmas dates and also by some security restrictions that prevented the vote of different people from the same device. These restrictions have been canceled since the computer system is capable of guaranteeing one-person voting.

 
The new voting deadline will be from 16 to 28 in January. Voting can be done both in person at the Participation Space of Les Portelles, at Padre Pedro Street, number 17, and online at the participadenia.es website.
 
Remember that you can vote for people aged over 16 registered in Dénia and the owners of residences in the municipality even if they are not registered here.

• The creation of a recreational area of ​​family leisure with soccer field, playground and area for barbecues or paellas.

• The installation in a public space of a sculpture, monolith or plastic intervention dedicated to diversity.
• The placement of a system of shading, landscaping, banks and litter bins in the new area of ​​the municipal cemetery.
• The creation of a wooded park with a playground in the urban area.
• A climbing wall for outdoor climbing.

Baix la Mar-Darrere:

• Banks on Miguel Hernández Avenue
• Asphalting of Ronda Murallas, between Dr. Fleming Street and Pont Street.
• Construction of a sidewalk on Mira-Rosa street.
• Improvement of the lighting of the Mariana Pineda and adjacent squares.
• Solution to stormwater evacuation problems on Marines Street.
• Repair of Hort street.
• Pedestrian safety measures in the Plaza de Benidorm.
• Security improvements of the intersection of Fora Mur Street with the streets Pont and Temple of Sant Telm.
