The architect Ramón Esteve designed a new development in Dénia

Ramón Esteve, one of the most renowned architects of the national scene, with 20 years of experience behind them and work in more than 35 countries, has designed a new urbanization in Denia to be built on the beach of Les Marines.

It is designed for families villas, priced from 350.000 euros, which aims "democratize quality". In line with other creations of architect, the villas feature contemporary aesthetics, but integrated in the Mediterranean style with elements and construction techniques in the area, such as masonry walls and warm colors materials. Each house will have its own plot with private pool and garden, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and luxurious architectural details such as lifting roofs in areas of common use.

According Amadeo Oriola, manager of construction and development company Nuam Levante, in charge of the works, "A good design and a good execution are not expensive. The years of bonanza have accustomed us to a very low level of quality in the construction of houses, but in Nuam we want to break that dynamic. We wanted to demonstrate that excellent houses can be built maintaining competitive prices ".
