The 10N in Dénia by streets: The socialist majority, but the PP recovers important neighborhoods
The PSOE has won again these general elections in Dénia, where the PP has been imposed as a second force, a place formerly occupied by an unrecognizable Citizens, as the third Podemos-EUPV and fourth VOX. However, as usual, putting the magnifying glass shows great differences in the vote depending on the neighborhoods.
As we said, the socialist red occupies almost the entire street map of the city. However, in the neighborhoods and streets with high incomes such as Les Rotes or the surroundings of the Glorieta del País Valencià, Marqués de Campo and Calle La Mar, he leads the Popular Party again. In the most central area, the victory was taken from the Socialists, who in the last elections obtained more favorable votes from that area. The Popular also win in the port, as they did in April. Les Rotes is another one of those areas that the Socialists have lost in favor of the PP.
VOX is strong on the periphery of the city, especially in Les Marines, Montgó and Les Rotes. In the neighborhoods with the highest incomes it is where they have managed to reach third force, although in none of them it surpasses the socialists and the popular. Also in the port area, a humble a priori neighborhood and where those of Casado have many supporters, VOX manages to be the third most voted party.
In the rest of the neighborhoods, the purple option occupies this third position, with the exception of the Paris Pedrera neighborhood, the section that occupies the Chabás park until the end of Saladar, the Les Roques neighborhood and the Darrere del Castell neighborhood, where the Iglesias party has managed to be the second most used option.
