Women's Basketball defeat Dénia before the CB. Archena (59-68)
The seniors Girls Basketball Dénia fell to the CB. Archena by 59 68 to in the first leg of the semifinals for the Regional Championship. The clash which took place in pavilion Joan Fuster was dominated by local, but the quality of Murcian eventually prevailed over the minutes.
The match started very well for the girls led by Pati Suñer who came out on the court very close. With a great defensive attitude they stopped the attack game of their rivals. They also knew how to control the rebounds and also took advantage of the actions of one plus one. This caused them to finish the first quarter with advantage in the score, 24 to 10.
In the second quarter, the reaction of the visitors arrived, thanks to the pressure exerted, got many takeaways and this allowed them to score much more fluently.
