They denounce scams when registering fraudulent websites in Dénia

The Dénia City Council has reported through social networks that they have received complaints from people who have been scammed when trying to process their registration in the city through fraudulent websites, in which they request users about € 40 for some procedures that they are never realized.

The webs were made to pass through the official portals to treat registrations in municipalities, only that to carry out the process they requested to pay € 40, being the registry free.

To process the registration in Dénia:

1. Request an appointment on the municipal website of the Electronic Office: https://oac.denia.es
2. And simply go on the date and time of the appointment, with the necessary documentation, to the Citizen Service Office (OAC, in the Dénia City Council).

«El trámite de empadronamiento es completamente gratuito y en ningún caso se os puede pedir la utilización de los datos aportados para ser usados por terceros», informan desde el perfil del consistorio.
