The new update of data by municipalities of the Ministry of Health on the evolution of the coronavirus shows a slight rebound in infections and in turn, an increase in the accumulated incidence of the virus.

Since the last report, last Tuesday, the accumulated incidence of the virus in the Dénia Health Department, on which the entire region depends, has increased by 11 points, placing it slightly above the situation of Normality. Specifically, the incidence has gone from 15,82 cases per 100.000 inhabitants (last Tuesday), to 26,96 cases per 100.000 inhabitants. This increase is due to the number of new cases registered in recent days.

The Marina Alta has registered 25 new positive cases, compared to 11 the previous day, which brings the total number of infections since the start of the pandemic to 10.200. Currently, the region has 46 active cases.
