Dénia request compensation of more than 600.000 euros for damages caused by sewage works

"No more permission will be granted to open ditches in the streets or cut them until this situation is resolved.". This is how the mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, was blunt when talking about the Rotes-Montgó sewer works that the Júcar Hydrographic Confederation is carrying out in the city.

And it is that the damage caused by heavy machinery on the pavement has been such that Dénia seeks compensation of 632.197,21 euros to repair such damage. If the Confederation does not serve the latter demand Dianense Consistory, as it has done to date with all of the above, it rrecurrirá the Administrative.

In April 2012 was required to the Confederation to take the technical measures established in the project, especially security, "clearly infringed". A requirement that the agency has not responded. Last September, the CHJ was asked to correct the damages caused.
