Dénia dresses as Fallas a few days after the plant begins
This weekend, Dénia has been immersed in the fallas atmosphere with the celebration of various traditional acts of these dates. The Falla Oeste has commemorated its Act of the Flag with an emotional ceremony that has had the participation of the representatives of the Fallera Local Board of the city, as well as local authorities.
For its part, the Falla Saladar has offered its already classic Concert de Falles performed by the Musical Artistic Group of Dénia. The show has brought together hundreds of people on the homonymous promenade, where they have been able to enjoy a varied and high-quality repertoire performed by the music band. The concert has been one of the highlights of the Fallas weekend.
In addition, holding various paella contests has been another of the most popular activities of the weekend. The districts of Falla Baix la Mar and Falla Centro have been in charge of organizing these events in which a large number of people have participated. Coexistence and a good atmosphere have been the dominant notes of these meetings in which the importance of gastronomy and tradition in the Fallas culture has been revealed.
