Dénia collected in Fitur flag Excellence Network of Nautical Stations

Last week, during the celebration of the International Tourism Fair (FITUR) in Madrid, Dénia picked up the flag Excellence Network of Nautical Stations with the Spanish Association of Marine Resorts (AEEN) recognizes those local administrations they have outstanding support network of Marine Resorts.

Sergio W. Smit, president of the new Costa Blanca Nautical Station and Pepa Font, Councilor for Tourism of the Dénia City Council, picked up the flag for the quality of service and professional management.

The ceremony was attended by Isabel Borrego, Secretary of State for Tourism, José Ramón Bauzá, President of the Balearic Islands and the President of the AEEN, Joan Campolier.

The Nautical Station gives the hand to the VII Nautical Hall

During the days of the fair, the Puerto Deportivo Marina de Dénia also presented what will be the seventh edition of the Boat Show and that will be held from May 1 to 4 at its facilities.

Director Marina de Denia, Gabriel Martínez said "Our show has already been consolidated within the calendar of nautical events and we want to continue betting strongly, since nautical tourism is a very important source of wealth for our city. This year the show will go hand in hand with the Costa Blanca Nautical Station" .
