Dénia wants a shopping center in Mollet d'Espanya in the style of «Las Rozas Village»

The construction in the Mollet d'Espanya of an open shopping center is closer. This week, the mayor of the city, Ana Kinge and the councilor of commerce, Vicente Chelet, held a meeting with Agustín Rovira, director of the PATECO Office, to whom they have commissioned a feasibility report for the construction of an integrated open shopping center with the municipality in the Mollet d'Espanya.

In the feasibility study of the complex, which would be built in the northern part of the port, it will be assessed what types of businesses and businesses could host this future commercial premises. From the mayor's office it has been requested that the shopping center be integrated with the surroundings, with buildings no taller than the buildings of the Baix la Mar neighborhood and wide streets, in the style of the "Las Rozas Village" shopping center in Madrid.
