May 08 from 2013 - 00: 00

After this year the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Environment abolished unilaterally, monitoring of the Marine Reserve of San Antonio, this task was taken over by the city of Dénia.

Alerted by the new situation, the Socialists asked the Councilor Isabel Bonig, who informed them that the monthly cost assumed by the Dianense consistory for this work is 4.000 euros, which means a total of 50.000 annual euros charged to the coffers municipal.

The councilor and socialist deputy Jordi Serra recalled that in recent months the City Council of Dénia has been assuming under the local budget many powers that were previously taken over by the Generalitat, such as the local contribution to some of the Social Welfare aid, cleaning of ravines with subsidies from SERVEF, or the preliminary study project on the construction of a Shopping Center in the port.
