Dénia 'hurries' the Ministry in the tender for the Trust Plan projects
Have to be finalized before the end 2016, they are approved by the Government and already have budgetary appropriation. Therefore the consistory Dianense calls for the collaboration of the Ministry in bidding for projects Plan Trust.
With the list under the arm was the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, to the meeting held yesterday in Valencia with the Minister of Housing, Public Works and Vertebration of the Territory, Mª José Salvador, and put on the table all outstanding projects:
- Burying three waste collection points in Jesus Pobre
- Redevelopment of access to the castle down the street Sant Francesc
- The rehabilitation of the old fish market
- Improvement actions in the castle of Dénia (lighting, new signage and clearing of pines)
- Redevelopment of the Sandunga, Colón streets and a stretch of the Sea
- Street lights on the Avenue Joan Fuster
- Traffic lights crossing the street Joan Fuster Diana
- New bus station
- New lighting in the covered pavilion of the municipal sports center and system change in the production and distribution of hot water on site
- Redevelopment of Cementeri Camí and Carles square Arxiduc
These projects asphalting streets, which has already been approved and adds tendered but have not awarded the contract to begin. Also the adequacy of the Casa de la Marquesa Valero de Palma, whose processing has not yet begun, and the expansion of the College of La Xara, pending approval by the Ministry of Education.

The meeting between munícipe and consellera were also discussed in the General Plan of Denia, which said Grimalt "We will continue working on the document, taking advantage of the work already done, to try to make Dénia have a general plan as soon as possible". The Regional Minister, meanwhile, offered the "maximum collaboration" to carry it forward.
In another vein, the director general of Public Works, Transportation and Urban Mobility, Carlos Domingo Soler, showed the willingness on the part of the Department to work closely with the council on all matters relating to the port of Denia.
Grimalt attended the meeting accompanied by the first deputy mayor, Rafa Carrió, the councilor of Territory and Urban Quality, Maria Josep Ripoll, Rosa Mustafá deputy and the general director of Housing, Rehabilitation and Urban Regeneration, Alberto Sanchis Cuesta.
