Dénia will honor the soccer player Fiamma Benítez for her sports titles

This coming Tuesday, September 6, the Dénia City Council will receive the soccer world champion, Fiamma Benítez.

The act will be at 17:30 p.m. in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The Dianense consistory will pay a special tribute to her sporting successes, the last of which was world champion with the Spanish U-20 women's soccer team.

Last week, the women's under-20 soccer team was crowned world champion. This title was won for the first time a few days ago when they beat Japan 3-1.
