Dénia has to pay € 75.000 fine for the construction of a footbridge in Les Marines

The councilor of the BLOC Josep Crespo has denounced that the council must pay 75.000 euros for the construction of a footbridge that joins the beaches of Albaranes and Les Bassetes for destroying an already regenerated dune.

The BLOC, a year ago and warned the offense that was committed, has criticized "On the one hand, the work of regeneration and recovery of the dune that was made in 2004 through the VOLCAM volunteer project is wasted, on the other, 150.000 euros are spent on these works and now, in addition, the city council has to pay 75.000 euros of fines that impose costs for the occupation of a qualified area of ​​maritime-terrestrial public domain "
