Dénia euros 200.000 budget spent on legal costs

Every week we know new sentences affecting in one form or another the Dianense consistory. The latter has to do with a claim that the architect of the indoor pool project filed against the city council in 2005 and for which now have to pay 22.000 euros and with a sentence by which the consistory will pay 80.000 euros for a child novillada That was realized in the patron celebrations of 2007 that did not have the necessary documentation.

Faced with such an avalanche of judgments and legal movements, the city council has established a budget line of around 200.000 euros to cover these extraordinary expenses, when the normal is between 100.000 and 150.000 euros.

This was announced by the finance councilor, Vicente Chelet, in the usual press appearance that he performs every week to publicize the agreements of the Local Government Board.
