Dénia signed the agreement to begin feasibility studies mall port

The mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, signed on Friday morning the collaboration agreement between the City Council of Dénia and the Council of Official Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of the Valencian Community to carry out a feasibility study for the construction of an open shopping center integrated with the municipality in the north of the port of Dénia.

At the signing of the agreement, Agustín Rovira, director of the PATECO office, was in charge of carrying out a study of the demand and commercial proposal, an analysis of urban and architectural integration, as well as an economic-financial viability report.

With this study the basis on which the new shopping center will be created in the area of ​​Raset, declared from 2007 an area associated with the tertiary sector sit where "create large commercial spaces to satisfy the demand for leisure."
