Dénia 100.000 euros earmarked for Employment and Training Plans in 2014

26 December 2013 - 00: 00

This was stated by the councilor for finance of the Dénia city council, Vicente Chelet, during the closing of the Municipal Plan for Employment and Training in which thirty unemployed people have participated for six months.

With an investment of 81.000 euros from the Department of Social Welfare, the Municipal Plan for Employment and Training marks the beginning of a new line of plans that want to carry on the consistory, because as announced Chelet in 2014 100.000 euros will be spent on developing new plans similar to that ended this month.

This I Municipal Plan for Employment and Training has trained thirty people in Works and Services and Parks and Gardens, generating income for students of about 400 euros per month and increasing their employability through theoretical and practical training as well as improving spaces and public facilities in which participants have worked.
