Dénia awarded the Medal of the City to the police station of the National Police

The Police Station of the National Police Force of Dénia has been distinguished with the Medal of the City «en atención a los méritos contraídos a lo largo de su historia y en reconocimiento del impagable servicio prestado a nuestra ciudad» Since its opening in August 1978.

This was decided by the extraordinary plenary session of the municipal council held on Monday morning it was decided unanimously.

The concession file has been instructed by the Councilor for Public Safety, Javier Ygarza, and is backed by the accession of the following entities: Local Police of Dénia; the magistrate dean of the judges, Javier Reyes; Aehtma; Baleària; Local Board Fallera; College of solicitors of Alicante; Delegation in Dénia of the Bar Association; Civil Guard; Red Cross and Civil Protection.

On Thursday April 30, at 11: 15 hours, it will be held in the city of Dénia the act of awarding the Medal.
