Dénia Básquet Club celebrates the victories of the last matches of its women's teams
The female team of the Senior Preferential of Dénia Básquet played one of the best matches of the last days of the club. In this way, they won on the Tavernes de la Valldigna court with a 31-53. Thanks to good defense, the women's team managed to maintain the lead three days from the end of the first competition phase.
For his part, the Senior Male 1st National did not score such good results. This was his first loss of the season against La Vila. His day ended with a 67-54 to be even with the group of teams that lead the classification. A slippery track, a bad day in attack and a powerful threat from the other team led to the rival's victory.
On the other hand, the Senior Male Preferential was also defeated against Algemesí with a 58-67. During the second half, the Dianense team managed to speed up the meeting, however, the veteran rivals and the wear and tear of the team in the comeback ended with the clear defeat for Dénia.
Another of the joys of the last matches was given by the Junior Female Level 2 who beat La Vila in their match with a final score of 98-12. Finally, the Preferred Male Junior lost on his visit to Don Bosco de Valencia with a 103-46.
