Dénia asphalts a very deteriorated area of the Montgó and installs speed bumps on a road
Today the interventions for the repair of the asphalt in different areas of the Montgó have finished. The actions sought to repair "the pavement in poor condition, the sunken and very cracked areas" in places that have been badly damaged by the "passing of time and by the defective replacement of the pavement in the execution of trenches."
The repair project included four asphalting projects on the Coll de Pous path and the installation of four speed bumps on the Assegador de la Plana path. One of the reasons for carrying out the asphalting actions was to regularize an uneven surface as a result of the various works carried out over the years in relation to the sewage system.
The need for the speed reducer was informed by the neighborhood, and approved by the Local Police, after being assessed on the ground. The award was made by the Governing Board on February 17 for the amount of 95.529 euros (VAT included) to the company PAVASAL.
