C's Dénia proposes a 'state pact' to review City Council contracts

November 11 from 2015 - 16: 47

The Councilor for Citizens in Dénia Sergio Banito has announced that from his party he will propose a "state pact" to thoroughly review the entire recruitment process at City Hall, with concrete steps to strengthen the department with staff and appropriate means and ensure clear, transparent and coordinated with other departments procedures measures.

To achieve this pact, Benito will meet with the representatives of all the municipal formations, beginning with the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, to deal with "serenity and depth" a solution to the problems of operating the Department of Trade.

Benito thinks that hiring is about a topic "extremely delicate, and sometimes complex, in which it is difficult to define deficiencies, errors and intentions, in a task that corresponds to the courts if one does not want to fall into the possibility of making the righteous pay for sinners". However also it points to the responsibility of politicians as managers and supervisors as when "Because of partisan noise we are unable to find a root solution to the problem."
