Creama will train young people as Community Manager and in the area of ​​Health Care

The Local Development Agency Creama Dénia has joined the program Active Youth of the Provincial Council of Alicante, a proposal to improve the employability of young people, increase the quality and stability of employment, promote equal opportunities in accessing the labor market and promote the entrepreneurial spirit.

This program, which was created under the European Social Fund and the Youth Guarantee system, focuses on training and qualifying young people between 18 and 30 years, in areas with good job placement prospects, through specific training in areas concrete.

In the Marina Alta they will focus on the specialties of Community Manager and Social and Health Care. Specifically, it is planned that the specific training of the Community Manager specialty will be given in the Agencies of Calp and Xàbia, and that of Social Health will be given in the Agencies of Benissa and Dénia.

This training is accompanied by tutorials and internships in companies where students must face the challenge of meeting a need previously raised by the company, thus reinforcing the figure of entrepreneurship.
