Creama how a profession young who have left the formal education

The work of the Consortium Recovery of Marina Alta (Creama) goes beyond advising companies or employment counseling unemployed people. A fundamental part of its logistics is intended to provide training to young people who for various reasons have not completed their compulsory education.

This is the case Formativo Vocational Training Program Basic of 'ancillary services hairdressing and beauty' has ended this week in Denia, through which nine young Marina Alta have gained the knowledge needed to work in this field, as well as practical professionals in companies in the region.

On Thursday morning the course was closed in the City of Dénia with the delivery of diplomas to the students who have participated. In this edition have been seven girls and two boys, between 16 and 18 years, from Dénia, Xàbia and El Verger. The course began in September of 2015, and during these months they have received 960 teaching hours distributed in specific modules of hairdressing and aesthetics, a linguistic-sociological module and another mathematical scientific, training and career guidance, prevention of occupational risks and environmental quality and tutorial.

Along with this training, students received lectures about drug addictions, thanks to the collaboration of the UPCCA the Town Hall of Dénia, on the Consulta Jove, by the psychologist Maite Ahuir and sexology, given by Carmen Sánchez, sexologist Center Public health. In addition, as part of their training, he has offered hairdressing services to students of gardening workshop for people with disabilities who teaches Creama Dénia, the students workshop regional employment Creama, the students of the experimental class of IES number 3 of Denia users of the municipal social services Denia.

Among the activities carried out during this time, the group visited the nursing home of Santa Llúcia to offer hairdressing and aesthetic services, participated in a conference on healthy lifestyle habits and motivation given by Borja Uceda, visited the IES de Gata, which offers the Basic Hairdressing Training Cycle, and attended workshops given by the Guidance Service of Creama Dénia.

To complete their training, the students have done 120 hours of training in companies of Denia and the region during the months of May and June.
