Costas holds the record deslinde

13 2012 April - 00: 00

The residents of Dénia affected by the demarcation of the Dénia coast have been surprised this week by the arrival of a document from the Provincial Coastal Service of Alicante that announces the opening of the hearing process in the demarcation file of the 7 kilometers of Dianense coast from the Regatxo ravine to the Municipal District of Jávea (Cabo de San Antonio).

The letter reviews that "Having reviewed the dossier outlined in the matter and in view of the changes produced in the provisional delimitation, that Coastal Service must proceed to complete the planned procedure (...) as well as to open a new period of public information". A period of fifteen days is allowed to examine the file and present the documentation.

Those affected have shown their concern as the condition increases from 20 meters initially planned to 100 meters, since Costas does not consider it a consolidated area.
