Compromís per Dénia organizes a new Café Obert with the regional secretary Enric Nomdedéu

Compromís per Dénia has convened a meeting with the regional Secretary of Employment and General Director of LABORA (Servei Valencià d'Ocupació i Formació) of the Ministry of Sustainable Economy, Enric Nomdedéu. Café Obert will be next Tuesday, February 14 at 17:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of the Casa de Cultura de Dénia.

The Valencian group organizes this space for dialogue open to citizens and interested associations, to discuss economic reactivation and occupation policies implemented by the Ministry. In addition, the meeting will also deal with LABORA grants and subsidies that have contributed to job creation in the city. As well as other initiatives, such as the one launched to help companies that apply the reduction to 4 days of working hours, a model for which the regional secretary has opted to advance productivity and working conditions.

The candidate for mayor for Compromís, Rafa Carrió, has highlighted that "thanks to policies such as those that have been carried out from the Nomdedéu area, we have been the autonomy that has created the most new jobs in 2022 throughout the State , according to EPA data. However, "there is work to be done and this is a very important occasion to learn about and propose actions," Carrió continued.

«For us, the creation of quality jobs and economic reactivation is an absolute priority in the face of precariousness or uncertainty, and for this reason, in addition to betting on the creation of employment that is transversal to other political actions, we want to have the opinion and experiences of our social fabric" added the mayor.

This is the fourth edition of Café Obert that has already featured the presidential candidate and congressional representative, Joan Baldoví, Aitana Mas, vice president and counselor for equality and Inclusive Policies, and senator Carles Mulet. The meetings will continue with the treatment of various topics of social interest with the assistance of directors and representatives of Compromís to the institutions.
