Compromís denounces the waiting time at the Hospital de Dénia

February 28 from 2013 - 00: 00

More than two hours higher than the average for public hospitals is the estimated waiting time at the Marina Salud Hospital in Dénia. This was reported by the Compromís group after the administration confirmed that the waiting time to be treated in the emergency department is 5 hours and 23 minutes, while in Valencian public management hospitals the average is set at 2 hours and 51 minutes.

For the district secretary, Enric Vengut, "It is very clear that the privatization of hospital services is accompanied by a deterioration of the right to health of the citizens of the Marina Alta, the model is a great scam."

Commities Marina Alta announces a public campaign against cuts in health in the region, which also require the return to public ownership of the Dénia Hospital.
