On March 8 Sunday, and within the programming of the International Working Women's Day, the French film of 2013 will be screened Violette.
The film tells the story of Violette Leduc, bastard daughter of a nobleman, who meets Simone de Beauvoir in the postwar period. Both will live a very intense relationship, based on Simone's conviction of Violette's exceptional quality as a writer.
