The fir tree will be dressed with hundreds of silver butterflies in the elaboration of which the chronic patients of the Dianense health center and those of the Association of Relatives of Alzheimer's patients in Teulada have worked in recent weeks. They are now joined by health professionals and their families; as well as all those residents in the Dénia Health Department who wish to join the initiative.

Under the title of "In memoriam" the butterflies, whose symbolism is traditionally associated with transformation, represent in our tree a tribute to all the residents of the region who have left us this year because of COVID-19. According to the person in charge of the proposal, the psychotherapist Alicia Costa, "we have chosen the silver butterflies with the aim of uniting us in the same feeling and as a symbol of light and hope for the coming year."

Anyone who wants to send us their butterflies can put a dedication on the back of the work, if they wish. The standard template is available on our website and social networks. You can send it to us cropped, colored and dedicated to the Communication Department of the Hospital de Dénia -Partida de Beniadlà s / n- or send it to us by email to comunicacion@marinasalud.es
