Carla Herrero confirms its progression with his fourth concentration with the national golf team

The young golfer, Carla Herrero, a player trained in La Sella Golf, continues her progression firmly, backed by her fourth concentration with the national golf team, which has taken place at the National Golf Center, in Madrid, in order to outline its preparation for the 2016 season.

Carla Herrero consolidates thus his sporting career with this new call to which they have come, regardless of Alicante cited, twelve other promising young Spanish golf: Dimana Viudes, Elena Arias, Raquel Montañés, Dana-Helga Puyol, Marta García, Laura Martín-Portuguese, Patricia Garre, Blanca Fernández, María Villanueva, Amaia Ubide, Oihana Etxezarreta and Natalia Aseguinolaza.

Selected golfers worked various aspects of the game to the orders of the technical Kiko Luna (swing), Sergio Cespedes (putt), Toni Planells (short game), Oscar del Rio (psychological preparation), Marco Fernández (physical training) and Nacho Jerez (medical examination).

The Center of Excellence located at the National Golf Center was the base of the operations of the concentration, whose objectives were focused on specific tasks of domain and execution of the different blows in the short game and the putt, physical work to improve the tests and achieve greater stability and strength, in addition to implementing routines and personalized work for mental preparation.
