On the occasion of the feast of All Saints on Tuesday 1 November, the local police in Denia has prepared a special device to regulate access to the municipal cemetery in such an important date and also regulate vehicle traffic in the city ​​center by celebrating Halloween.

Surroundings of the Municipal Cemetery

For regulating Cemetery Road Police it has allocated a total of 16 agents of 29 1 October to January in 8 hours from morning to 18: 30 hours, will be present near the churchyard.

The Camí del Cementeri will only be enabled in the Dénia-La Xara direction. Consequently, in the streets perpendicular to this road, turning to the left will not be allowed and they will be cut off at the height of the light transformer, next to the municipal sports courts of Madrigueres. For greater safety of pedestrians, the Hermanos Carmelitas street that connects with Torrecremada will also be closed.

Likewise, the Local Police will have cones and fences to channel pedestrians and signal the traffic lanes around the cemetery. An agent will be in charge of regulating the pedestrian crossing located in front of the entrance to the cemetery and another will control the intersection of Camí del Cementeri with Calle Hermanos Carmelitas (opposite the Eroski Dénia hypermarket).

City center

During the Todos los Santos long weekend, Calle Marqués de Campo will remain closed to traffic from Saturday, October 29, at 15:1 p.m., until the early hours of Tuesday, November 2 to XNUMX.

Also in the city center, Calle La Mar will be closed, in the section between Calle Carlos Sentí and the Plaza del Consell, for the preparation and celebration of the Halloween party organized by the youth department in the tunnel of the Castle and the neighborhood of Les Roques. It is for them that from Friday, October 28, at 19:1 p.m., until the early hours of Tuesday, November 2 to XNUMX, this section will be closed to traffic.
