El Calendari dels Brillants It becomes documentary

On the occasion of the celebration of the 30 anniversary of Calendari dels Brillants, Joan Josep Cardona has directed and produced a documentary film that explains the origins of the calendar, as well as the influences and links that unite them with other almanacs from the rest of our linguistic territory.

The work, carried out jointly with the camera Daniel Mas, is a historical and cultural panorama of the Marina Alta through Mr. Joan de Plamolins: the central figure, at the same time the author's alter ego that backs the global project of the Calendari dels Brillants. Through his eyes, his experiences, the viewer identifies the set of cultural realities that forge our territory and that have already been portrayed by the writers and writers who have been part of the family of the Brillants

The documentary premiered last Friday in Ondara and will be screened in the other municipalities of the Marina Alta in a coordinated tour from the Cultural Mancomunitat de la Marina Alta (MACMA).
