The bus to Montgó extends the route to service the area of ​​the Marquesa

After a month of experimental operation of the bus of the area Pedrera Montgó, the City of Dénia will extend from Monday 14 of August the layout of the line that will have a new tour around the area of ​​the Marquesa and also, will expand the stops Installed initially.

This decision has been made taking into account the experience of the first fifteen days of operation of the services and after doing several tests outside the opening hours with the concessionaire, the president of the Montgó Neighborhood Association and the contributions made by the groups Municipal councils.

The stops of the experimental bus will be as follows:

• Restaurant and Galley
• Crossing of Santa Llúcia asagador and the road of Merle (downhill)
• Al-Khalif Urbanization
• Lidl-Consum Supermarkets
• Crossing of the street of Diana with the avenue of Joan Fuster
• Avenida Juan Chabás, at the mercadona supermarket
• Plaza de Jaume I-Public Health Center

The bus makes four daily trips, from Monday to Sunday, with departures to the 8, 14, 16 and 20 hours, coinciding with the usual working and schooling schedules. The expected duration of each journey is about 35 minutes. The price of the ticket has been set at 1 euro.

Data of the first operation of the experimental service

The City already has the first data of use of the service. A total of 117 people have used the Montgó bus from 17 to 31 in July in the four daily journeys that make this experimental line.
